The Docula pass festival also knows as the Druk Wangyel Tshechu, started by the Queen Mother Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck in 2011. This is a very unique festival as all the dances performed are done by the Royal Bhutan Army rather than the monks from the Monastery.
